Summary

Sweet little comfort read。

Throughout the whole series Belly pissed me off with the way she acted towards everyone but it’s one of those books that are so bad you keep reading, especially after watching the show

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 It’s a great book with multiple love interests two of them being brothers which is one of my favorite storylines。 I see a lot of ppl bashing belly but she’s only 15 she can’t just magically know what or who she wants。 Now for some random thoughts… I hate Taylor jewel , love Cam Cameron , belly and Jeremiah should remain strictly platonic :) Definitely give this a read if you’re a sucker for a good summer romance 🤭

DNF。belly gave me 2nd hand embarrassment and condrad n jeremiah is cliche this is not my taste in love triangle but i will watch the series HAHAHA。

I don’t know if I was expecting much from this book but I was pleasantly surprised! There are definitely a couple of times within the book that you can tell it was written over a decade ago, but nonetheless, still had me tearing up。 The ending was a bit abrupt I felt though。 Had I been reading it at the time of release and not had the second book waiting for me, I think I would have been confused。

no。¿El libro es bueno? NO ¿Voy a leer el siguiente? Probablemente

The tv series and this book are both amazing。 You will not want to stop after first opening the book。 The real life storyline mixed in with the romance really brings the story to life

Ok so I decided to watch the show when it came out before reading it, and let me just say it was completely different。 So it obviously had the same idea but t barely had any of the same events。 Some quotes I recognized but other than that。。 I am team conrad I was in the show I was in the book。 I think the first love interest in movies/ books will always hold a special place in my heart。 I did get to read the first chapter of the second book, and I am very very sad。 This was a cute short quick re Ok so I decided to watch the show when it came out before reading it, and let me just say it was completely different。 So it obviously had the same idea but t barely had any of the same events。 Some quotes I recognized but other than that。。 I am team conrad I was in the show I was in the book。 I think the first love interest in movies/ books will always hold a special place in my heart。 I did get to read the first chapter of the second book, and I am very very sad。 This was a cute short quick read! such a good book, read it in less than 24 hours! I watched the first season before i read book number one, which is why i gave it a 4/5, usually i like the books more than the show but the show was a different experience, the characters are better portrayed in the show!

First read this series back when I was in high school and decided to reread it in time for the series premiere。 It’s exactly what you’d expect for a YA book and just a nice easy read for summertime!

I never have read a book so fast, cover to cover, in my life。Jenny Han does a phenomenal job capturing every moment and sensation that Belly experiences。 Han “refinely” does what most authors can’t and that’s finding the details and the story behind those details and fleshing them out。 I felt like I knew Belly my whole life on this one book alone! The pacing of the book truly made me love the story。 I never felt like a scene was being “over done” or “over played。” Every scene had a its purpose an I never have read a book so fast, cover to cover, in my life。Jenny Han does a phenomenal job capturing every moment and sensation that Belly experiences。 Han “refinely” does what most authors can’t and that’s finding the details and the story behind those details and fleshing them out。 I felt like I knew Belly my whole life on this one book alone! The pacing of the book truly made me love the story。 I never felt like a scene was being “over done” or “over played。” Every scene had a its purpose and was purely simple; there was beauty in it’s simplicity and straight forward ness, as if every word was chosen to be as precise as possible。 。。。more

I read this without really paying attention in a day and I think that’s how it should be read because it meant I did really enjoy it and didn’t get weighed down with the reality of the story。 I get that people think belly is self centred and annoying but now that I’m older reading this, I can just think of her as young an silly。 I didn’t really have a ship but like how it ended I guess。 She is really nasty to cam and it’s disappointing how she left that relationship。 Maybe she actually does kind I read this without really paying attention in a day and I think that’s how it should be read because it meant I did really enjoy it and didn’t get weighed down with the reality of the story。 I get that people think belly is self centred and annoying but now that I’m older reading this, I can just think of her as young an silly。 I didn’t really have a ship but like how it ended I guess。 She is really nasty to cam and it’s disappointing how she left that relationship。 Maybe she actually does kinda suck。 Regardless it was all gezzy - deffo to all the boys I’ve loved before vibes I’m excited to watch the show in a similar way where I don’t pay too much attention 。。。more

Overall cute book, and I defo acknowledge that I’m not the target audience。 Completely unrealistic to a point that angered me, everyone was in love with Belly, and the age gap made me uncomfortable (there was absolutely no reason to make this girl 15) But it was an easy read and there was some parts I liked。 I’m excited to see the show

Good summer read! It was perfect laying by my pool reading this book, and I love how both of the “love contenders” in the love triangle were good choices, and I didn’t necessarily hate either of them! Loved the characters, and Belly is an extremely likeable main character, which for me, is hard to relate to! Great book overall and I’m so excited to read the next two books in the trilogy!

this book is a perfect (ok overstatement) summer book, im so glad I read this during my summer break。 I loved reading the 'to all the boys' series back when it first came out and I can't believe I didn't read this series back then。if you're looking for a serious, deep, highly developed plot or character, this book isn't for you。 its just a sweet, light-heart book to readI can definitely tell that this was a Jenny Han book, like she gives off a vibe in her writing style and I felt like I was in 2 this book is a perfect (ok overstatement) summer book, im so glad I read this during my summer break。 I loved reading the 'to all the boys' series back when it first came out and I can't believe I didn't read this series back then。if you're looking for a serious, deep, highly developed plot or character, this book isn't for you。 its just a sweet, light-heart book to readI can definitely tell that this was a Jenny Han book, like she gives off a vibe in her writing style and I felt like I was in 2016 reading this now。how to not love the book, short chapters, summer feelings, quick read and a literal comfort book in a shell 。。。more
